Today is 20 days since I sent my RMA consignment back to Intel via Ingram Micro UK.
Neither a replacement nor an info/update has arrived, though RMA number and address/email clearly inside and outside in the original packaging.
The intel S5520 motherboard had failed after 50 minutes, as described by my colleague Chunk, in this thread.. (chunk's account has been disabled, so I'm following up)
