Drive Speed is 6Gbit/s but Link Speed is 3Gbit/s
why this warning if both Controller RAID and DISKS are 6 Gbit/s ?

6g controller <--> 3g backplane <--> 6g Hdd = least common denomonitor. 3G
In fact, i would set the controller to lock the speed at 3G just to prevent any problems if some how the link was established at 6g
