Hello,

We have encountered exactly the same problem i.e DMA transfers using IOAT DMA Engine doesn't work over NTB.
We are using Linux kernel version 5.15.
All other scenarios work fine. We have tested the DMA Engine using in Kernel dmatest module and all tests are passing.
Also the IOAT selftests are passing. Here are some details about the platform:
CPU model name: Intel(R) Xeon(R) Platinum 8368 CPU @ 2.40GHz, cpu family: 6, model: 106
Unfortunately the White Paper you sent isn't very helpful as it refers to an very old Kernel v2.6.18, and the information there is very out of date. I would like to request the same info mpcukur requested in his original post again. Could you please provide some detailed documentation for IOAT DMA Engine, and confirm whether it has been tested with an NTB Bridge.

Best regards,

Tadeusz
