Hi,
I am Iman from Sanmina-SCI. I have a question regarding the declaration of RoHS for 2 of below ordering code which is equal to our manufacture part number we issued:
GG8067402568700
GG8067402570310
When we go to MDDS the product code change to:
GG8067402568700S R2DE
GG8067402570310S R2M0
Same goes to the package file content it show FC-BGA14C GG8067402* 1667L :
Appreciate your help to explain the nomenclature and it's linkage to the declaration
Thanks

Hello muhammadnuriman_abdu,
Thank you for contacting Intel Customer Support.
Can you please confirm what Intel(R) product do you have? Is this a Xeon D processor?
We will be looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

Hi Sergio,
I screenshot the information you need as below.
We just need some clarification towards the ordering code which is our MPN to issued out PO, the product code and MPN on the MDDS file. What does that nomenclature stand for and link together to ensure our declaration is on the same item.
