Recently purchased a R1304BTLSFANR which I believe has a S1200BTLR board.
Whenever I turn it on the fans are screaming loud and don't slow down at all the whole time it's on. I haven't installed an O/S yet because it's so loud sitting at my desk that my colleagues can't tolerate the noise long enough for me to configure it before it goes in the DC.
Is this normal behaviour or is it an issue?
I was going to try updating the bios but the Intel Download center keeps coming up with "Page Not Found" every time I try to select my product / enter keyboards in the search.
