Hi
I have a S1200V3RPM which beeps in a strange way during POST.
The beeps are like this: '''------' (three short high, six long medium, one short high)
When Windows Server 2012 R2 boots it reports that a USB device failed to load, although no USB devices are connected to the board.
What could this mean?
Thanks

Does it show any item in Device Manager as "Unknown" or "Other Device"? I would suggest checking the BMC events to see what is being recorded at the moment that the unit is booting.
