So, intel's engineers can solve this problem?

Motherboard: S2600co4 Bios has been updated to the latest.

Hard drive :Samsung M.2 NVME version

I want to use UEFI boot mode but the motherboard itself does not support.

Just now only use the third party bios can support UEFI mode startup.

Can the new bios version add native support?

Finally attach the modified file

Hello,

Thank you for your quick response.

I understand that you are trying to do a Windows 10 installation using the Intel® Server Board 2600Co4 UEFI mode, but you haven't been able to do so unless using a third party BIOS. I see that you already updated the BIOS to the latest version available.

Have you tried enabling the UEFI option from the BIOS? In order to do so, please do the following:

  1. Boot the system into the BIOS (for example, using F2 or the Delete key)
  2. Locate the Boot Options Menu
  3. Set Launch CSM to Enabled. If CSM is set to Disabled, you can skip to step 8 below
  4. Set Boot Device Control to UEFI Only
  5. Set Boot from Storage Devices to UEFI driver first
  6. Save your changes and restart the system
  7. Reenter the BIOS (for example, using F2 or the Delete key)
  8. Confirm in the Boot Priority List that the USB UEFI OS Boot option is at the top of the list
  9. Reboot the system and install Windows as usual
Please let me know your results.

Boot Options Menu there is no csm option.

BIOS does not recognize Samsung SSD ,only USB devices can be recognized.

So even the USB can installation, bios also can not find the hard disk to start.

Thank you for your response.

In an effort to better assist you, can you please indicate the current storage setup? Is the server configuration running RAID card?

You mentioned that you are trying to install Windows 10 in an Intel 750 SSD, but also mentioned a Samsung M.2 NVME version, and the screenshot shows a Seagate hard drive. Please confirm which hard drve you are trying to use.

Please let me know your results.

Seagate hard drive is backup disk.

Motherboard does't recognize Samsung SSD or 750 SSD in PCI-E slot.

I asked the author of the third-party BIOS ,he said this motherboard's UEFI mod is incomplete. It can't recognize the nvme-protocol SSD.

Only can use a third-party boot tool to boot the system.

I do not intend to waste my time in this way.

Most of the civilian areas are using NVME hard drives. Also hope that the future BIOS can be improved.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

The drives that are validated for this unit are SAS and SATA drives. We do not have any NVMe drive validated for this board. Intel recommends using validated hardware to avoid unforeseen issues.
