S2600GZ dead

Hi I recently bought Intel server with S2600GZ motherboard. It worked well for 2 weeks and the day I wrote this post the server just shut down and started beeping 1-5-4-2 which means power fault. I tried swapping cpus from 1st slot to 2nd, removing RMM module and removing all RAM sticks but nothing helped.

I don't know what it can be.

If you ask I don't have any other CPU or RAM or PSU.
