S5000VSA Can't boot with 2 processors

- The CPU fan 2 doesn't spin also, it spins if I connect to a chassis fan header tho.

- Both processors working using single installation.

- PSU is 650 Watts P4 with another P4 adapted from an ordinary plug. Any of the these P4 boot if only one processor installed.

Please, anyone with similar experience?

I've seen that with mismatched processors. Are both on the list at http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-022346.htm, and the same stepping?
