S5520SCR with 2 Xeon 5680 24Gb Memory

Hi,

My system based on S5520SCR don't boot after I change video card. Appear to me amber LED solid..

no video, none mode to access BIOS or regain control, no alert(nothing)

I've tested with another power supply, memories, all the hardware and the equipment does not turn on, no cooler internal and processors work.

Already assembled and dismantled all the equipment 3 times and it seems he died, no signal beyond the amber led in the front of the chassis

What should I do to recover??
