Server RAID , RS2BL040, Can create two RAID massive, RAID 1 , and RAID 10 ?

There is a server Intel, SR2612UR (Timber Creek), with BackPlane, on 12 HDD, and a controller with a midplane miniSAS, is it possible to connect this server to a RAID controller through SFF-8087, to SERVER RAID SAS 6G RS2BL040 INTEL, and create two independent array,

RAID 1 = on 2 SAS drives

 

RAID 10 = 4 SATA disks.

PS: there are plans to make another RAID 10 on 4 discs.

Yes. RS2BL040 supports up to 16 arrays and 64 virtual disks.
