Server shutdown

Good day!

Server unexpectedly rebooted today. In the logs only errors i/o on XXXXXX has failed (screenshot in attachment).  Tell me, please, what can it be?

  • What is the model of your server?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Are there any LED, beep codes?
