Short Story: Raid controller was not working. bought a new one, installed it, but now getting this message with the HW as listed.
Environment:
Intel® Server System R2224WTTYSR
Intel® Integrated RAID Module RMS3AC160
Intel® SSD DC S3520 Series
Error msg:
"RAID Adapter Firmware Failed Validation!!! Adapter needs to be reflashed.
Press Any Key to Continue..."
found instructions @ Demo: How to Perform a Firmware Update of Intel® RAID Controllers on...
but my boot messages do not = those of the instructions.
I've played around with booting, but I'm not getting the EFI shell.
Is my system too old to use these instructions? Where do I go from here?

Hello Richs_Office,
Thank you for joining the Intel community
The instructions on the video match the ones listed on the download section for the RAID controller firmware: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29710/eng/3316-MR_FWPKG_v24.22.0-0065_Readme.txt
If your system is not show the boot menu or does not boot into the EFI shell you can access BIOS (F2) > ESC key > F10 > boot to EFI shell
Hope it helps
