What's these pins used for?

Of the new Tylersburg IOH, there are some pins called QPI{0/1}VRMVREF, QPI{0/1}RXBG[1:0], QPI{0/1}TXBG[1:0]. I cannot find detail description about them in EDS of Tylersburg. Is there anyone who can explain for me? Thank you!
