Hi
Can anyone can help me on this issue can i run my new xeon W35675 Bloomfield processor on a windows 7 32bit operating system?
Or i must use 64bit.

No problem on the CPU side, but you'd better check if your server board/system supports Windows 7.

I did a quick check on ASUS site and didn't found any Xeon CPUs on its CPU support list:

So you may want to double check with ASUS if you can use this CPU on your board. If the answer is yes then you'll be able to run both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7.
