Hi Andy,
as far as I remember the sdk comes with some pre-compiled examples. I think what you are looking for is in the Remote Control sample. Simply run that .exe from the commandline and it should give you the options you have to pass to it.
You can then work on automating this by looking at the supplied sample code. Remember that each system might have a different password (depending on your configuration), and that you will have to contact each system to wake it up.
