Hi!
Microsoft Windows* 2003 is listed among those with basic testing, only (click http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-033529.htm here); thus, the "functionality of certain server board integrated controllers can be limited" excerpt does also refer to RAID drivers for both of the built-in AHCI/RAID controllers [Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology enterprise [Intel(R) RSTe] and Intel(R) Embedded Server RAID Technology II [Intel(R) ESRT2]]. This means the available, most current, RAID drivers [click https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23257 here for Intel(R) RSTe and https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23875 here for Intel(R) ESRT2] may or may not work under the aforesaid Operating System. If you still OK to still give these RAID drivers a try, we would just suggest referring to our article# CS-029550 (click http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-029550.htm?wapkw=029550 here), which is about slip-streaming install hints.

Hi, thanks for your answer. I've tried your suggestion, but unfortunately when I load through F6 the driver for RAID SATA I've an error of corrupted file.
The same with nLite. I've tried to donload again the driver from Intel site but I've the same problem. May be the problem is the Floppy USB?

While you could try with another USB Floppy drive, our concern is the error you get. Could you, please, either provide the complete wording of this error or a picture of when you see on your monitor? Also, please, confirm if you are using the Intel(R) ESRT2 controller in BIOS.

I've changed USB Driver, but the result was the same
Bios setting:
AHCI Capable SATA Controller [DISABLED]
SAS/SATA Capable Controller [INTEL (R) ESRT2 (LSI*)]
During installing I push F6 and from floppy I choose
Intel(R) C600 Series Chipset SAS RAID (SATA mode) Controller
the install procedure goes on
and I obtain this message
File iaStorS.sys is corrupted

While investigating, I noticed the Intel(R) ESRT2 RAID driver I had pointed out upfront is not validated for Windows Server 2003. I wonder if you have tried with the version found https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23704 here, which is for your Operating System. If not, please, try with it and let me know.
As for the download center, it is up and running, currently: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Intel® Download Center
