I had my resolution set to 1440x900 for my HP L1908w monitor, then I moved the PC to a different monitor for a day and when I connected it back to the L1908, the 1440x900 resolution was not there anymore.
I have an HP dc7100 ultra-slim desktop with the Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset.
Where did my 1440x900 go?

I found the answer in the thread - http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/custom-resolutions-on-intel-graphics/. I addedone mode at 1440x900 and it works! Under [NonEDIDMode_AddSwSettings], changed the total from 0 to 1 andadded HKR,, DTD_1,%REG_BINARY%, 97,29,A0,D0,51,84,20,30,50,98,13,00,00,00,00,00,00,1C,37,01 ;1440x900@60. The only hard part was getting to the .inf on my hdd file before it was installed..
