32 bit color graphics

I have done a search. Can't find much about 32bit color graphics except intel has drivers I can download and install. Should

I do that? I usually outsource my graphics but can't find anyone to do 32bit color. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is graphics required under publish tab. Does anyone have suggestions on a 32bit color paint program if I can't find someone?

The way it looks is I can't make a apk without these installed. Any help will be appreciated.

Ronald -- 32-bit graphics simply means RGBA graphics (24-bit graphics with a transparency field). Just about any tool that creates PNG images will generate a "Ping with Transparency" which is a 32-bit image.
