In general it's better to contact the company which released the game and provide this as a bugreport. They will try to reproduce it and finally decide whether to handle by a walkaround or to place a bugreport to the intel driver developer team.
In the meantime you may want to try to switch from HW T/L -> SW T/L:

This helps in some games to remove visual artefacts and often improves the performance - especially on older games. We appreciate if you provide feedback here on your findings.
