946GZ blackout and blue screen in Windows 7

I have a D946GZIS motherboard with GMA 3000 integrated videoandwith a new install of Windows 7 32 it will work fine for maybe a half hour then the display will black out. I power cycle the monitor and sometimes video will come back, then blackout and come back on again. I see the error message in the system tray that the driver recovered from an error. Then after a couple more blackouts, I get a blue screen.

On the same PC under Vista 32, it works OK, but once in a great whileI get the error message in the system tray.

I am using the latest drivers on both Vista and Windows 7. I ran the Vista memory check with no problems found. I also updated the BIOS to the latest version.

Does anyone have any ideas?
