About Realsense use hand skeleton tracking in unity

Recent research intel SR300 in the unity of the hand bones tracking function is the same as among the SDK samples. But now I need to use the project model hand to achieve the same functionality. When SR300 is detected as the hand model hand will move with an example among the hands. However, I do not find a lot of information related to the API can be achieved. Because my hand model only bones wrapped in skin. There is no such instances as the relevant section and bones. Now, it really is no way, and sincerely hope someone can help me, thank you very much!
