For two days in a row I've been getting this message while trying to complete the product registration process: 

What could I do to fix this issue?

Hi,

I cannot see any registrations under your name or email. Something has failed, apparently. Please can you forward me the email you received from the Intel® Registration Center and the serial number of the product you wanted to register. PLEASE answer via "Send Author A Message".
