"This account does not exist" at Registration Center

I'm trying to log into the Intel Registration Center with Intel User ID "khouli" but I get the message "This account does not exists". I've gone through the "Forgot Login ID?" option and the email I received indicates that there should be an account with that ID.

What's going on? Thanks.
