Activation Error: Not enough licenses to install????

I have paid to keep my Intel Fortran and C++ current and have never had a problem updating to the latest revision.
When I go to install C++ Composer Update 10 I get this error.
Installation cannot proceed.
You do not have enough licenses to install all of the components of this package?????? Error.
The Fortran Update 10 worked just fine. What do I need to do?
