Hello,

I downloaded the "Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2019 Update 4" with my student account. However, the serial number that I received doesn't work. I received the Error as:

Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number.

Is there anything could be done to fix this?? Thanks!!

Hi,

To install Intel Parallel Studio Version 2019, update 4 for your student license 

1) visit below location & clear if there is any old License file:-

They will be found here:

On Microsoft Windows*:

c:\Program Files\Common Files\Intel\Licenses

Note: You will likely need administrative/root privileges to copy the license to the named directory.

2) Update the operating system to the latest version.
