Hi,
I tried to use Premier Support, but every page gives a message like:
The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 16844663934496721910
The contact phone number for the UK had an automated voice saying the number was invalid in Italian.
The e-mail contact form doesn't work and just leads to a blank screen.
And all the time I have an urgent issue (Parallel Studio XE 2015 won't install correctly).
How can I contact Premier Support?

I found a US phone number that worked and finally got through to Intel.

There was a temporary problem with servers which are solved. You should have access again to the Intel® Premier Support portal at https://premier.intel.com. If you still encounter problems, let me know.

Thanks Hubert, the US staff sorted me out last week.
Someone at Intel might want to fix the European contact phone number (+353 1 606 6652) given in the Premier Support Help window which is invalid.
