My products (Intel Compilers) have already been registered, but do not appear in My Intel Software Development Products. I am 95% certain that either they were never registered or should have been registered to my account. I assume this will need to be handled in a private message. Because these are my only products I'm not eligible for online support through Intel Premier Support.
Thank you,
EJS

Hi,
I am currently experiencing problems trying to download updates of products for which I have a registration.
When I log in to my account at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/, it says I have no products registered. When I try to register my products (using the serial numbers I received for C
++ Composer XE and Fortran Composer WE for Linux), it says they are already registered.
I think that the problem comes from the fact that a few months ago, I asked for the merging of my old account with a new one that reflects the simplification of our domain name. Unfortunately, I
have initially registered the products with my old account, and nothing is available anymore in my new one. This is a problem as we would like to download updates of our licensed products.
What can I do ? Please contact me so I can provide the names of my old and new account, as well as the serial numbers I have, in the hope that you can help me solve this problem quickly.
Regards,
Luc Gauthier
