Android Device Emulator - Intel x86 Atom - Time Zone Issue

This is a feedback for Intel x86 Atom System Image for Android 4.0.3 (API 15) package:

There is a problem with a Time Zone(s) offset relative to GMT. For example, it has to be 'GMT-7' for
Mountain Time (US & Canada) instead of 'GMT-6'. Please take a look at:

Settings -> Date & time

Note:
Automatic date & time - unchecked
Automatic time zone - unchecked

the difference is the Daylight inbetween. There is a Mountain (Standard) Time (MST) for winter and a Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) for summer.

MDT = GMT - 07:00

MST = GMT - 06:00

So both screens are right. They only handle the daylight saving different.
