Android version in IA32 phone and tablet

Hi

What is the android version that intel is going to use for phone release this year? Ice-cream sandwich or earlier version?

Ice-cream sandwich provides better GUI that works on both phones and tablets. I am reluctant to develop apps that compatible on earlier Android version. Fragment and ActionBar APIs are cool.

Lenovo K800 Phone is going to be Gingerbread 2.3 first, and ICS latter. Just keep in mind that currently 90% of Android smartphone is on Gingerbread 2.3 or even earlier ( 2.2..). Motorola phone is likely ICS.
