App Challenge - RealSenseWeb API Question

If we are using the RealSenseWeb API (JavaScript API) - do we still need to submit an executable or can we submit a page that can be run in a compatible web browser?

Otherwise, should we wrap it in a a browser executable like Chromium etc.?

Also, can it be assumed that wherever the executable will be run will have access to the Internet or should we make an offline version of our experience available?
