App is not installing

Hello, I am using intel xdk v-3400 I have created a template and build with cordova but when I am trying to install the app on my android mobile its not install just an error message "App not installed", I have tried also crosswalk build same result. any idea, it seems the IDE have some great issue.

Are you signing the app? Make sure the signed checkbox is checked in the build settings and you are using proper certificate to build the app. If you have installed the app with the same ID earlier but with a different certificate then a newly build app will not install. In that case delete the previously installed app with the same appID.
