BSOD with SPORE and gma x3100

After 10 minutes playing, windows xp crashes with the lastest drivers. However, on windows server 2008 x64 works fine.

Hello,

I too have this problem.

I am running Windows XP SP3 on a Compaq Presario C768TU with a Mobile Express GM965 and the X3100 graphics accelerator. I have 2.5GB of RAM in the notebook, and after about ten minutes or so of gameplay, Windows BSODs with a STOP 00000008E error.

Anyone else had issues with Intel GMA's and SPORE?

Have you tried the Beta Driver?
