Can you provide the image(s) that you are giving to the XDK so I can try to replicate the issue?

What device and iOS are you installing your app on?

I installing on Iphone 6 and Iphone 6+

I think you misunderstood me. Please upload your icons (as a zip) here so I can build an app that uses them.

Oh okay but I have only one file and I create all the icons with this one and this tool

I would guess the issue is with the Asset Catalog Creator tool. Did you round the corners of the app or did the tool? You do not need to round the corners, that will happen by the iOS device by default.
