Blank screen when I create a new UIViewController and ixml file

I created  UIViewController and ixml file, in ixml file i created a button, bind this to controller.

Controller is binding to a navigationController, and when I go to this page, I got a blankscreen instead of Button. I dont know where is the problem. Anyone can help?
