Today, for several hours, I can´t use Bower Packages Explorer. The message is "The Bower catalog is not available. Please try again later.".
Is there an instability concerning about DDoS attack? Or it is another issue?
Most likely it is because of the DDoS attack. Dyn has restored service as of ~5 hours ago, but your local DNS caches may require additional time to clear.
UPDATE: Dyn has updated its status. the DDoS incident has been resolved as of 19 minutes ago.
