Broken deinstaller in Intel C++ Studio 2013

I've installed Intel C++ Studio 2013 Update 1 with Visual Studio 2010 Premium. Everything was OK. Then I've decided to downgrade my instalation of C++ Studio to Initial Release due to IPP Crypto Add-In (wich aactually exists only for IPP 7.1.0.089). So, I've removed my instalation using installer and install new version of C++ Studio: Initial Release. Actually, It brokes my Visual Studio installation. It always shows the following messages to me when I want to perform any action (New Project, Compile): see attached.

I guess, it doesn't removed all files from instalation and VS is trying to launch wrong plugin.

How can I restore my instalation and start use Intel Compiler with VS2010?
