Caanot change value to higher(Set Manually on Intel HAXM 6.0.3) on Windows 10

Feature of HAXM works fine on Android 2.0. But, the value of amount of memory cannot be allocated higher  than default value, with Intel HAXM application itself. I use Toshiba C40A
