Hi,

I am using a lenovo G-5080 laptop with Windows 8.1, i5(5th gen) processor, 4GB RAM, 1 TB HD, and 2GB AMD Radeon Graphics Card. I installed the Real Sense SDK and worked with it on visual studio for a while and made some code on my own. Basically it was working fine.

But now its not! The camera doesn't show a green light but it is connected. Meanwhile the audio device is working absolutely fine. The camera is not working with the pre-installed apps in RSSDK as well as with my apps on Visual Studio. I am also using USB 3.0 port and so  it worked earlier but not now! Tried unistalling the driver but didn't work. Please help!!!!

Try disconnecting and connecting the camera again into the USB 3.0 port.

Also, if there is another device connected to other USB ports, disconnect them as their power consumption may disrupt the RealSense.

If all else fails, try with an USB hub with external power supply.

@samontab

I tried everything you told but it didn't work. So, I tried restoring my pc to a week back and everything's normal! I have no clues why it worked!!!

Maybe you installed other drivers in that week?, anyway, good to hear that it is now working...
