Camera Init failed

I just received my developer kit and have started the installation process. After plugging my device directly into a USB 3.0 port and installing the SDK I have run into a problem where the device camera will not initialize. It is preventing me from running the firmware update and stalling the capture viewer.

The Windows event log provided the following error:
"CameraException: Camera Init failed: ivcamFailedToGetFWData (1420)"

I am trying to debug the issue now. My setup is as follows:
- Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
- Intel i7-4930K 3.4GHz
- 32GB RAM
- 2x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti
- Running at 4k 60Hz

When I launch my normal Camera application the device appears to power up displaying the green power light and the red camera light.

Thanks

It looks like you connected both Creative 3D Senz and IVCAM camera to the same USB hub and caused this issue. Please tried to ONLY use IVCAM and let me know if you still have such issue. Thanks!

Only the developer kit is connected to my PC. I used to have a Senz camera in the previous contest but that was a while ago. It sounds like there may be a lingering driver or legacy conflict with the latest device/software. I could uninstall the SDK and then try to remove any related device or driver and then re-install. Any tips on what I should remove or do to resolve this issue?

Thanks for the help.

But the SDK_INFO did show you connect Creative 3D Senz.
