Sorry for off-topic but I found the camera for scanning QR code doesn't work in current version (2.2.2).   Will new version solve this problem as well?

My running system is iOS 8.1.3, iPad mini2.

Hi Tim-

Thanks for contacting us.

Yes, there is a bug in previous versions of App Preview (AP) (actually the problem is in the Intel XDK Device plugin, which AP uses) that makes bar code scanning not work in iOS 8.  This will be fixed in AP 2.3.0.

Just in case this is relevant to you or others that read this, I'll mention that using an external bar code scanner (e.g., Red Laser) to start a preview session does not work - you need to use the internal barcode scanner (the "camera icon" in the upper right corner, visible only after you log in) in AP for that.
