Hello! I got some problems when I install the driver of the realsense 3d camera. As the camera connected to the computer, the system installed the driver automatically, but when I browsed the device in the device manager,I found that the camera was identified as audio equipment and the imamge device was empty. Then I installed the driver downloaded from "support.creative.com/Downloads/searchdownloads.aspx?filename=C3DG_0800_PCAPP_DRV_EN_1_00_07a.exe&ShowDetails=1". The problem still exists.I got the error "we can't find the real sense 3d camera in your computer" when I run the camera manager.

I hope your response could solve the problem, thank you!

You should download the DCM and install the DCM. DCM can be found @https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25044/Intel-RealSense-Depth-Camera-Manager-DCM-. Thanks!

Hi,

Which camera are you using? You can use sdk_info.exe from {RSSDK}\bin\x64 to check what all you are missing.

Snapshot is attached, Please guide me.
