Dear Sirs,
after installing XDK and creating my account, I attempted to login. The software realizes that it is my first time using XDK and prompts me with a window in order to accept the Terms and conditions. Unfortunately, when I click the Submit button the software prompts me again with the very same window. I can't go any further.
I have the same problem on Windows 8 and Ubuntu 15.10 with both the stable and the EA version. Can anyone help me?
Please, find attached copy of the window that keeps showing.
Thank you for your time.

Hi Catilinia,
Since both your regular and EA versions are doing this, I don't think it is a corrupt installation. It sounds more like a firewall or proxy problem that is not able to communicate your response. If you are behind a corporate proxy or firewall, try doing this outside of it like in a home network if possible.
Or add XDK as an exception to your firewall.
Please also take a look at these slightly relevant FAQs:

UPDATE: When I try to log into App Center https://appcenter.html5tools-software.intel.com from my browser, I also get the "terms and conditions" page. When I click on the "Submit" button, nothing happens.
Can you please check if something is wrong on the server side? I am a newly registered user.
Thank you again

Catilina, I checked with a new user account from a non-corporate network and am not able to reproduce your issue. Could you PM me the email address you registered with?

Okay, it looks like your email address registered with the forum has a '+intel' in it. Is it the same one you are using for your XDK login?
Using '+' in your email address has known to cause issues. Here is what I suggest you do:
Change your email address on the Intel Developer zone to remove the '+'. Then reinstall the XDK. Completely wipe out the old install (check the box remove user file). Login with new email address without '+'.
Looks like this has happened to another user and the above worked for him.

The issue with the '+' sign in the email address has been addressed and should no longer prevent you from using such an email address. Please let us know if you continue to experience problems with an email address that contains a '+' sign.
