Can't increase brightness!!

I have installed latest graphic driver update update for my Intel DG35EC motherboard. the file name is GFX_Win7_64_15.12.75.2.64.1867_PV_Intel.exe. I am using windows 7 RTM x64, the problem is due to this update from intel, i can't increase brightness in some video format..what should i do..? i cannot revert to previous update for my intel graphics because it had flickering problem in windows 7 that is resolved in this update... i play a format that does not allow to increase brightness and that is given below. i have not changed any of the setting anywhere..and there is no problem of codec becuase when i do not install this particulat update..there is no problem of increasing brightness in video of this types..
