Hi
I registered for a student licence of Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for C++ Linux* and received an email with my serial number. I did not however receive a mail with an attached licence file. I thus headed over to the registration center and attempted to register my serial number. This failed because that number was already registered, I assume by the online installer I had previously executed.
I did not have an account at Intel so I created one and managed to login to software.intel.com without problems. When I try logging in to the Registration Center however, I get an "Error. This account does not exist". I successfully changed my password but this did not solve the issue.
I have found other posters with similar issues being resolved through a message on this forum, so here's to hoping someone here can help me access my licence files :).

Hi Greg,
I do not see a problem with your login. However, I did a reset and I hope you can login now succsesfully.
The serial number should be enought to activate/install your product, unless you don't have an interent connection while installing.
I sent your the license file to your email so that you can install the product also if you don't have active internet access.
Regards, Hubert.

Hi Hubert,
I received your mail with the attached licence. I tried logging in to the registration center and it worked this time, thanks for the very quick fix.

Hello,
I am having the same problem i.e. message saying my account does not exist.
In my case I did receive the license file and I installed the new version of the product. However, I am interested in obtaining an older version of one of the products(Intel Inspector 2013) but I am unable to log in to get it.
Can somebody please help me.
Thanks
Raj
