Can't login

HI

I can't login from Intel XDK application running under Windows10. If i click Login on the "Welcom to the Intel XDK!" dialog, the resoult is

the web page under https://signin.intel.com/?appid=515&TYPE... may be temporarily unavalaible.....

If I copy the url and put in in the navigation bar of my browser, the sign in page is show.

What is the problem?
