We recently purchased two seats of Intel System Studio with JTAG debugger and received a confirmation email with download/registration info. We were able to download the software, but got error messages from the website while trying to register and never received a licensing email. When we log in now, we're unable to request a re-send of the licensing info.
When we try to register the serial number we get: "Serial number is already registered".
When we click the Subscription History page's Manage button we get: "Error: the serial number you provided could not be found."
How do we obtain our licensing information please?

I received an email to retry registration in an hour, and I'll do that.
But we have two serial numbers in the same condition; the second one is registered to Chad LeClair. Please contact me via email for the second serial number or let me know if I should post it here.

Hi Bill,
Your System Studio floating licenses need to be replaced with actual valid licenses. This will take some time, I'm sorry.
For the meantime I'll provide a temporary license which you can use instead of the floating license. I'll provide more info in a private message.
