Can't register

Hello,

I am trying to register the Cluster Studio we purchased so we can get updates. But the register center complains about "Our records indicate that the serial number you provided has already been registered." I also don't see the suite in my account and the information I entered is correct.

If you could start a private post, I can provide my serial number or other information. Thanks for your help.
