I'm trying to access premier support but keep getting "Not Authorized to Access". I've tried registering the product and using the "Get access to premier support" button, but still no joy.
Can someone help me, please?

I push the button to enable premier support access. I get an email to wait an hour and then click on a link. I wait, an hour, a day. I click on the link, I get "Account verification incomplete".
Please help!
