Cannot connect to appcenter.html5tools-software.intel.com (aka OTA installs of iOS builds do not work)

There is a known issue with the build system that results in the following message when you attempt to email a built iOS app to your iOS device for installation and test:

Cannot connect to appcenter.html5tools-software.intel.com

This issue is currently under investigation.
When it is resolved a notice will be provided in this post.
Please have patience while we address this issue.

Until this issue has been resolved, you must download the application from the final build screen onto your development system and then use iTunes to install your test application onto your USB-connected device. If you are unfamiliar with this process there are lots of instructions available on the web, search for "install ipa with itunes" with your favorite search engine.

Here's an SO post on how you can work around this issue using iTunes: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26720764/install-ipa-with-itunes-12

---- July 13, 2015 update ----

The build system has been updated so OTA dev build installs are once again available for iOS devices. Thank you for your patience.

Please fix it, i have got this and can't install ipa directly on my ipad for 10 hours.  I'm using Itunes to install them instead. Thank for posting here Paul.

Work is ongoing, unfortunately, I cannot publish a completion time. This post will be updated when a fix has been implemented.

I hope you fix this soon.

This post assumes that the iPhone used for development syncs with iTunes on the same computer used for development but this is not always the case, mine syncs with a Mac Pro at home so I cannot install the ipa using iTunes without re-syncing my iPhone which I do not want to do.

After each update of XDK there seems to be a break somewhere else in the functionality. As this is a fundamental part of the development process for OTA testing on multiple devices it is causing  real issues.

Hi guys - any update on this bug? The workaround is ok, but it's making testing on multiple devices very cumbersome. Thanks in advance!

Hi Folks, been over a week now and no sign of a fix. This is really hampering multi device testing.

This is a difficult issue to fix, there are a lot of interconnected parts and breaking one of those connections has a bigger impact on other parts of the system. We are well aware of the inconvenience, It also impacts us, so the pressure is on engineering to fix this issue.

I'm trying to access to from a browser, Chrome, IE, Firefox to the URL: https://appcenter.html5tools-software.intel.com/ and it show me that message:

Thank you for using the Intel® XDK.

If you are accessing this service from AppPreview, you may close the sign in window.

and even so, I can´t download the app in my device iOS after build.
